We are currently looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support the acquisition of work on challenging projects worldwide from idea, concept to detailed design.
In this role, you will closely work in close collaboration with the Market Directors, Project Directors and Proposal Managers in the various Executing Units of COWI across geographies.
Furthermore, in this role you will:

- Collaborate with teams for recommendation on EOI's and bid submission to attain high quality scores and enhance tender success rates.
- Assist with coordinating firm-wide proposal resources to meet proposal production deadlines, and prepare, coordinate and develop non-technical writing for proposal efforts, together with assisting with the coordination of capture planning efforts
- Provide input on the final preparation of marketing materials, including reviewing, proofreading, editing, etc.
- Assist with the tracking of pursuits and update the CRM database to track pursuits, proposals, and client content

Furthermore, you have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field with 6+ years’ experience in Engineering Design Consultancy/EPCM (or equivalent).
- Proven track record in large and mid-size projects across transportation, buildings & industry, and renewable energy in consulting organizations.
- Good experience in bid/proposal management, production, and impactful presentation delivery.Skilled in writing, editing, and structuring proposal content with accuracy and clarity.
- Solid commercial acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Adobe creative suite, InDesign, and CRM databases.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal); adept at multitasking and collaboration.
- Highly organized with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
