**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive **Telecallers** to join our **pharmaceutical sales team**. Whether you're a **fresher** eager to begin your career or an **experienced** professional in pharma telesales, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to grow in the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Educate clients about product specifications, usage, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and convert potential clients into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call logs.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:For Freshers:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn about pharma products and sales techniques.
- 1-3 years of telecalling experience in pharma sales or a related domain.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market practices.
- Proven track record in telesales and lead conversion.
- CRM or sales software experience is a plus.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Polite, patient, and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
- Fluency in, English, Hindi
