Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify and contact potential PCD Pharma distributors.

Follow-ups & Conversions: Maintain relationships and convert leads into clients.

Product Promotion: Explain the benefits of our pharmaceutical products and franchise opportunities.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly sales goals and revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Handle client inquiries, resolve queries, and provide excellent service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: 0-3 years in Tele Sales / Pharma Sales / BPO Sales.

**Skills**:Strong communication & convincing abilities.

Basic knowledge of PCD Pharma Business (preferred).

Ability to handle objections and negotiate deals.

Comfortable with MS Excel / CRM software.
