**Job Title: Backend Support Executive (Multilingual)**

**Experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries via WhatsApp using the Zeapl Panel.
- Ensure ticket resolution by closing or forwarding them appropriately on the panel.

**Language Requirements**:

- **English & Hindi**:

- **South Indian Languages (Any One & Two)**:

- **Tamil** (1 resource)
- **Kannada** (1 resource)
- **Malayalam** (1 resource)
- **Telugu** (1 resource)

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in the respective language (written and verbal).
- Experience in customer support or backend operations is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
