**Job Title: Chat Support Executive (Remote)** We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our team. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers through online chat. Your duties will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through online chat.
- Providing accurate and complete information to customers.
- Escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Keeping up-to-date with product and service information.
- Meeting performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
