**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Should be Comfortable to work in night-shift 6:30 pm to 3:30 am.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management within a digital marketing context.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO practices, tech support, and website development processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in an easy to understand format.
- Experience handling MRR of multiple clients and ownership of contract renewals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with dental or healthcare clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Experience with Google/Facebook Ads preferred.
