**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible to Trainer / Coach / Mentor / SME / Process & Performance Improvement.
- Responsible to provide US Recruitment Process Training to individual and corporate as per their needs.
- Responsible to conduct US Recruitment Process refresher and how to be a Recruitment Professional training.
- Responsible for training, Coaching, Grooming and Mentoring aspire Recruiters and Managers, SOP, Training Need Identification, Analysis and Implementation.
- Responsible to customise and Design Training Contents, Performance Improvement Ideas, Facilitate and arrange Q & A sessions.
- Responsible for basic Personality Development
- Soft Skills/Communication.
- Responsible for on-going practice, monitor & conduct deep dive analysis on areas of opportunities within the account and implement corrective actions, to help achieve desired results. To identify root causes of variances in metrics.
- Responsible to propose corrective/improvement solutions based on facts and data and implement and monitor improvement projects in the process.
- Responsible to Create and maintain knowledge base and up skilling of resources with change in the process.
- Responsible to focus on identification and highlight any/all compliance defects and recommend training or action plan.
- Responsible to training new hire batches on Recruitment / US Staffing and its fundamentals.
- Responsible to plan & implement performance improvement plans.
- Responsible to drive improvement in recruiter productivity results by identifying opportunities in terms of process and US staffing understanding.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
