**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Stock and Inventory Management**
- Maintain and track inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely procurement to avoid shortages.
- **Asset Management**
- Maintain a database of assets allocated to employees, ensuring they are functional and conducting regular checks.
- **Petty Expenses Management**
- Track office expenses, including petty cash and reimbursements, ensuring accurate records.
- **HR Support**
- Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
- **Facility Management**
- Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, and ensure premises are well-maintained.
- **External Correspondence**
- **General Office Operations**
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the office and support additional administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in facility and vendor management is a plus.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Proven ability to manage and track expenses effectively.

Pay: ₹10,382.19 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
