Admin Assistant

Supervise and coordinate maintenance and security of office premises.
- Manage office space allocation and layout to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain an inventory of office assets and oversee their maintenance and repair.
- Coordinate and oversee daily office activities, including mail distribution, phone systems, and document management.
- Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Organize company meetings, events, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, catering, and technical support for meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of administrative activities, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
