**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and department
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in
- person interviews if possible

**What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)**

**Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Technical/Non-Technical Recruiter.

- Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
- Technical or non-technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for job roles.
- Familiarity with resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge in various hiring tools and dashboards including MS-office (Excel, word, PPT).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
