Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in lateral hiring, particularly for managerial and senior managerial positions across multiple departments. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in leveraging hiring tools to attract and onboard top talent efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for managerial and senior managerial roles across diverse business functions. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, professional networks, and other digital hiring tools. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds with internal stakeholders. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness. Good to Have: Experience in using ATS or HRIS tools (e.G., Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or Zoho Recruit). Strong understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage hiring for cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
