End-to-End Recruitment: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations. - Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and key competencies. - Ensure timely and efficient recruitment to meet operational demands. Candidate Experience: - Maintain clear and transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience to strengthen the company's employer brand. Market Research: - Stay updated on hiring trends, industry demands, and competitor practices in the manufacturing sector. - Provide insights to management on workforce planning and talent availability.
