**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated **Junior Associate** to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, support day-to-day operations, and develop skills to grow within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily activities and departmental operations.
- Support senior colleagues with documentation, reporting, and project tasks.
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and maintain accuracy in assigned work.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments when required.- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Responsibilities (Department-wise)**:

- **
HR** Assist in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting engagement activities.
- **
IT** Provide first-level technical support, assist in system installation/configuration, and maintain IT documentation.
- **
Finance** Support accounting operations, data entry, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and financial reporting.
- **
Marketing** Assist in campaign execution, content creation, market research, and event coordination.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and industry practices.
- Team player with adaptability and a positive attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or diploma with relevant internship/project experience).
- 0-2 years of work experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).
