We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Marketing & Sales Support Executive** to assist our sales and marketing teams. You will handle customer calls, follow-ups, lead generation, and provide backend support for campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, is organized, and can support digital and offline marketing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Calls & Follow-ups**:

- Call new and existing customers to inform about offers, products, and services
- Follow up on enquiries, pre-bookings, and pending orders
- Collect feedback and update in CRM or sheets

**Lead Generation & Coordination**:

- Identify and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and digital inquiries
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Coordinate with sales/delivery teams for smooth operation

**Marketing Support**:

- Assist in WhatsApp broadcast, promotional calls, and SMS campaigns
- Share daily offers, new arrivals, and seasonal updates with customers
- Support social media and influencer collaborations by collecting data

**Sales Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily call reports, sales inquiries, and conversions
- Prepare Excel/Google Sheet reports as per team requirements
- Handle basic backend work like price sheet updates and customer lists

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with customers to increase repeat orders
- Share special offers with high-potential or loyal customers
- Help resolve basic complaints or route them to the right team

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal communication in Tamil & basic English
- Confidence in making outbound calls
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, and mobile apps
- Polite, professional, and persuasive phone manner
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Willingness to learn marketing basics (training will be provided)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
