We cater to both government and private sector projects, delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Marketing Executive** to join our team and help us expand our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales.
- Develop strategies to target the right customers for our products (Tank Water Level Monitors, GPS Tracking Devices, Auto Bell, iHome, etc.).
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and present product proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both government and private sector clients.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and lead conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or B2B industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and target the right customers for specific products.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
