**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and expand client database
- Enter the activity/communication details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Makes outbound calls to inform or promote the company's product or service
- Responsible for gathering leads and producing sales
- Understanding their customer requirements
- Follow through sales leads
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Calls made and follow-ups
- Responses to different types of customers and situations.
- Respecting privacy, obtaining consent for calls, and adhering to Do Not Call lists are essential.
- Handling calls, updating CRM systems, and addressing objections simultaneously requires the ability to multitask effectively.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
