- **What you will be doing**:

- Business awareness: an appreciation for the factors that drive profitability within a business
- Insight development: the ability to answer COO questions using data and analytic methods
- A technical self-starter, able to learn new tools and find a solution to problems proactively
- Familiarity with modern business intelligence tools and data architectures, especially Tableau
- Strong numerical abilities
- Understanding of common analytics capabilities and keenness to master advanced techniques (such as statistical analysis, machine learning and automation)
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business (such as IT, commercial functions and senior executives)

**What we are looking for from you**:
**Essential**:

- Develop and maintain relational databases and SQL
- Data analytics solution architecture
- Coding experience in any programming language

**Desirable**:

- Developing and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using tools such as Alteryx
- Ability to train and mentor new and existing staff**About Us**
