Grc Business Architect

Role: - LSEG implemented MetricStream GRC platform that currently supports several framework components such as operational risk, controls management, business continuity management, third party risk management etc. to support embedding of Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organisation.- The GRC Business Architect (the Role) is an individual contributor role and part of the wider non-financial risk team to support the delivery and adoption of Group-wide GRC tool.- The role reports to Risk System Director and will work closely with technology and business counterparts.- - The Role will assess business processes, framework changes to resolve business requirements and deliver recommendations along with supporting documentation to support business decisions.- They will engage with business leaders and users to understand status and articulate feasible solutions, through process change, tool implementation and configuration. - Key Responsibilities :- The role will be responsible to architect, facilitate implementation and embedding of various GRC modules/components on a single platform to ensure cross linkage and usability of data attributes for a rich risk profile. Specific Responsibilities include:- Establish effective working relationships with the divisional team members to clearly explain tooling capabilities and understand business requirements.- Provide timely and effective communication to the Risk Systems Director and other team members to lead ongoing BAU initiatives.- Identifies improvements to business processes, and tooling design fully utilising art of the possible on existing MetricStream GRC platform.- Perform functional review of the product after each iteration and provide feedback to improve the development process.- Steer the existing GRC design with evolving business needs in line with broader departmental initiatives.- Develop documentation where specific detail needs careful explanation, to support activity post implementation.- Support the business to evolve and document user stories, define acceptance criteria and support acceptance testing.- - Manage re-planning and re-prioritisation in order to effectively respond to change through a number of different iterations.- Significant enterprise wide GRC implementation and/or support experience > 12 years preferably in financial services, fast paced, strong delivery, tight timescales/funding environments in the capacity of Business Architect/ Lead Business Analyst.- Proven track record of project(s) to implement/lead a GRC tool preferably MetricStream.- Strong and adaptable communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and proven track record in collaborative working style.- Exposure to enablement of risk frameworks such as risk management, third party risk management, business continuity management, operational resilience on GRC platform.- Ability to ensure/propagate usage of existing/new use cases per the capabilities of existing GRC platform.- Demonstrably goal oriented with strong leadership skills, but able to work well in teams.- Experience in the MetricStream GRC platform with a track record of implementing and/ or managing enterprise-wide implementations.- Experience in a Risk, Compliance and/or Internal Audit function environment to propagate usage of GRC platforms.- Understanding of GRC domain recent developments and best practices.
