💼 Job Title: ServiceNow GRC LeadExperience: 7 to 15 YearsLocation: BangaloreAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a seasoned ServiceNow GRC Developer with deep hands-on experience in implementing and customizing the GRC/IRM modules. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Risk, Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM), along with expertise in workspace, portal, and integration development.This role demands a strong balance of technical skills and business understanding to design solutions that align with organizational compliance and regulatory objectives.Key Responsibilities🔹 ServiceNow GRC/IRM ImplementationDesign, configure, and deploy GRC modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk, VRM, and Audit ManagementCustomize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements🔹 Workspace & Portal DevelopmentDevelop and enhance IRM Workspaces and Service PortalsBuild custom catalog items, forms, and widgets for GRC processes🔹 Scripting & CustomizationDevelop client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.)Ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability of custom solutions🔹 IntegrationImplement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID ServersTroubleshoot and optimize integration workflows🔹 System Administration & SupportManage upgrades, platform maintenance, and user supportCollaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform usability and adoptionRequired Skills✅ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules – Risk, Compliance, Audit, and VRM✅ Proficiency in Workspace and Portal development✅ Advanced scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.)✅ Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs✅ Sound understanding of GRC processes and technical solution mapping✅ Expertise in platform administration and performance optimization✅ Excellent communication and analytical skillsPreferred Certifications🏅 CIS – Risk and Compliance🏅 CSA – ServiceNow System Administrator🏅 CAD – Certified Application Developer
