ServiceNow GRC Architect ServiceNow GRC Architect Location: PAN India Experience: 8 years to 13years Interview Mode: Online Drive Interview Date: 7th Oct 2025 (Friday) Interview Time: 10: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM Must Have: - Scripting (JavaScript/SQL/HTML/CSS/XML/SOAP/REST) - Configuration changes with ServiceNow scripting, such as: User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts - ServiceNow CMDB configuration - Workflow, Flow Designer Configuration - Must have a full understanding of how to build Catalog items, Record producers, Order Guides to ensure efficiency within the system - Must have the ability to Understand the use of forms, carts, approvals to ensure clean simple Catalog items an end user can create and submit - Integrations (Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, and REST)) - ServiceNow Architecture - Service Portal Configuration - Data loads /transform maps - Delivery of technical documentation - Deployment via update sets and unit testing - Expertise in multiple ServiceNow Applications - ITSM, CMDB, IRM – VR & GRC, SPM, Portal and more - Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies - Issues resolved or escalated in a timely manner in alignment with SLA - Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. - Ensure customer impacts are assessed and addressed in the design and delivery of solutions - Proactively build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders - Analyse business requirements, design, and implement solutions - Complete impact analysis, determine test coverage requirements - Ensure appropriate support to the end users during UAT and Postproduction Testing. - Perform implementation, handover and support activities as required 15 years of Full time Education
