**Designation**:
Instructional Designer

**Location**

Gurgaon (Work from Office)

**Responsibilities**:
End to end training content and strategy management

Responsible for handling content team (inclusive of SME, ID, GD and Media)

Excellent command from topic identification (along with SME) to conceptualisation (along with design team) to development (along with media team)

Execution Design and develop experience-based learning course content for business cases and organizational development

**Skills/Qualifications & Experience**

Graduate in any Tech discipline (BCA, MCA, M.Sc in Computer Science, B.Tech
- Computer Science).

Experience in building tech courses is an added advantage.

Valid experience in Instructional Design/Curriculum Development

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good knowledge of ID theories and practices

Good verbal and written communication, team spirit, and people management skills

Experience in developing a range of instructional materials including classroom-based training, e-learning, job aids, references guides, on-the-job training, assessments, and evaluations.

Demonstrate effective course development and evaluation skills.

Should be able to develop entry and relatively advanced level technical and non-technical courses.

Experienced in designing a variety of training products

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge in Storyline Articulate, Camtasia and other authoring tools is a plus

Excellent skills in content creation, instructional design (ID), storyboarding

Closely worked with a team of content developers and creative designers

Well versed with designing unique and customized solutions

Adult learning mastery

Skilled in the rapid development of courses
