**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lectures, clinical teaching, and bedside demonstrations in the field of General Medicine to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Oversee and guide students and junior doctors in clinical case discussions, diagnosis, and management.
- Design and implement the general medicine curriculum in accordance with university and regulatory standards.
- Conduct research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and participate in national and international conferences.
- Provide expert patient care, particularly in complex cases, and contribute to the clinical practice within the college's affiliated hospital.
- Supervise postgraduate theses and mentor students in their academic and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments for interdisciplinary teaching and healthcare initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- MD in General Medicine from a recognized university.
- At least 8-10 years of teaching experience in a reputed medical institution, with demonstrated excellence in both teaching and clinical work.
- Active involvement in research, with a history of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong clinical experience in diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of medical conditions.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing a department or academic program.
- A PhD or advanced qualification in General Medicine or related fields.
- Active participation in medical societies and academic committees.
