**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in paediatric medicine.
- Deliver clinical lectures, seminars, and bedside teaching in paediatrics.
- Develop and update the curriculum for paediatric education in line with modern advancements in the field.
- Conduct and publish research in paediatric healthcare, contributing to the institution’s academic output.
- Oversee paediatric clinical services and provide expert care for newborns, children, and adolescents.
- Mentor students and junior doctors in academic and clinical settings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure multidisciplinary learning and comprehensive care.

**Qualifications**:

- MD in Paediatrics from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of teaching experience in a reputed medical institution, with proven clinical expertise in paediatric healthcare.
- Strong research background with publications in national or international peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in supervising postgraduate research and thesis work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- PhD or advanced qualifications in paediatric medicine or related fields.
- Expertise in neonatology, paediatric critical care, or subspecialties.
- Experience in developing academic programs and curricula.
