**Roles and Responsibilities of a Day Care Teacher**:

- **Child Supervision and Safety**:

- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children at all times.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and hygienic environment.
- Monitor children constantly and handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- **Daily Care and Routine Management**:

- Help children with feeding, toileting, dressing, and hygiene needs.
- Manage nap time and ensure children are well-rested.
- Maintain individual schedules for toddlers and young children.
- **Activity Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities.
- Foster creativity through storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning.
- Encourage social interaction and cooperative play among children.
- **Emotional and Social Development**:

- Support emotional well-being and help children develop self-regulation.
- Teach basic manners, respect, empathy, and sharing.
- Offer comfort and reassurance to children when they are upset or unwell.
- **Parent Communication and Feedback**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding child progress, health, and behavior.
- Address parental concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain daily reports or diaries for each child, especially infants and toddlers.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Maintain attendance, incident reports, and developmental observations.
- Track individual progress and share reports during parent meetings or updates.
- **Health, Hygiene, and Nutrition Monitoring**:

- Ensure children receive nutritious meals and snacks on time.
- Monitor for any signs of illness or allergies and take prompt action.
- Promote handwashing and personal hygiene habits among children.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with fellow day care staff, teachers, and school authorities.
- Participate in staff meetings and training programs.
- Assist during school events and celebrations involving day care children.
- **Environment Setup and Maintenance**:

- Organize learning and play materials in an engaging and safe manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the day care area throughout the day.
- Decorate the space according to themes, festivals, and educational concepts.
- **Compliance and Professional Conduct**:

- Adhere to CBSE and school policies regarding safety, discipline, and care.
- Maintain confidentiality of child and family information.
- Display professionalism, patience, and a nurturing attitude at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
