Product Delivery Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Product Delivery Associate in the Chase Auto Servicing and Collections Product team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to internal and external customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

**Job responsibilities**
- Conduct lead discovery meetings to analyze software requirements and functional specifications, and define and detail low-level design.
- Collaborate with feature leads, business, and technology teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Understand at a high level the integration layers supporting a workflow, and how (or if) they impact the workflow design.
- Identify and define downstream integration impacts to ensure risk identification and mitigation.
- Test workflows prior to promotion to production using automation techniques like JUnit, Mockito, PowerMockito, and Spring Test Framework.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify tailored and long-term solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of findings, analyses, and actions taken.
- Raise blockers and impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Minimum AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS CP) certification.
- Minimum of 5+ years of applied professional experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and J2EE technologies such as Servlets, JSP, EJB, and JMS.
- Experience with web services (RESTful and SOAP) and related technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience in messaging frameworks like Apache Kafka.
- Knowledge of caching/search frameworks such as Elasticsearch and Gemfire Cache.
- Flexibility to support US Hours [EST / CST] timezone.

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL; experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate is desirable
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus
