**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event planners.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry contacts to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and achieve market share goals.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows.
- **Proposal Management**: Create and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns, packages, and offers that attract and retain guests.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking sales activities, revenue generation, and forecasting future business opportunities.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from booking to guest stay.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
