Recooty is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Sales Account Executive to join our Sales team in the Human Resources/HR industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS products in the US market. This is a full-time position based on-site in Indore, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to the growth of our business. If you are passionate about sales and eager to excel in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you on board

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the US market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Present and demonstrate our SaaS products to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales, preferably in SaaS sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Comfortable to work in the US shifts.
