**Your Role**:
**In this role you will play a key role in**:

- **Ability to understand MDM related Interfaces, understand customized functions / programs and suggest ways of improving it**:

- **Perform high level of accuracy in creation/modification of Master Data in various ERP’s**:

- **Works with the impacted teams to create/implement relevant documentation (SOPs, work Instructions)**:

- **Report and establish KPIs**:

- **Ability to manage big team**:

- **Ability to design and provide solutions to manage MDM data**:

- **Should understand master data elements used in planning**:

- **Should have good people management skills**:

- **Should have ability to identify opportunities and grow in MDM Area.**

**Your Profile**:

- **Industry knowledge of Life Sciences and MDM**:

- **Hands on experience in PLM/ SAP APO /SAP ERP planning books (preferred)**:

- **Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills**:

- **Good conceptual understanding of drivers of KPIs and CPIs**:
