- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in MDM and data management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Possess strong expertise in Reltio MDM and data management.
- Have a solid understanding of data modeling and data integration techniques.
- Demonstrate proficiency in performance tuning and optimization.
- Show experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Show the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
