**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain data management solutions using Reltio MDM AWS EMR Databricks AWS and AWS Glue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data architectures.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.
- Optimize data processing workflows for performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Document technical specifications and processes for future reference.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data processing jobs.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in Reltio MDM AWS EMR Databricks AWS and AWS Glue.
- Should have a solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have experience in optimizing data processing workflows.
- Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Should have strong communication and documentation skills.
- Nice to have experience with other data management tools and technologies.
- Should be proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies.
