1 Assist HoS - HR in formulating recruitment strategy in line with HR strategy and annual workforce requirements
2 Prepare recruitment budget at the beginning of financial year in consultation with HoS - HR
3 Identify proper recruitment channels to drive the recruitment process of select group of people

5 Manage end-to-end interview process and ensure smooth closing of offers through proper negotiations
6 Analyze effectiveness of recruitment channels, internal practices and final conversions for hiring efficacy
