**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services based on client needs.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer enquiries or complaints.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Goal-driven with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
