**Job Overview**
The Position of Operations Controller is responsible to support shift with monitoring of flights. Also review all the operations data daily for appropriate data analysis and prior to reflecting the same to the management. This role also include task related to create database and document controlling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effective Planning to maintain On Time Performance with schedule adherence
- Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships will all relevant departments in decision making
- Ensure prompt and correct updation of systems thereby ensuring generation of accurate reports with relevant information
- Preparation of performance reports for the management, giving them exact inputs of daily operations. Finalizing routing for the day ensuring on time performance and smooth operations, keeping in mind both operational and engineering requirements
- Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed
- All other duties as assigned by the reporting manager

**Skills & Attributes**
- Good level of proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proactive, good interpersonal and administration skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High levels of integrity, judgement, customer service attitude

**Work Experience**
- Minimum 4 years of work experience preferably in airline
- Preferred 2 years of relevant data management & OCC experience

**Qualification**
- Graduate from a recognized university
