**Controller, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania**
We are looking for a Controller for our bar and coffee shop located at the airport. The incumbent will be responsible for accounting operations, production of periodic financial reports, and maintenance of accounting records.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Controller’s responsibilities include:
- Developing internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities
- Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, and financial planning
- Establishing and maintaining financial controls
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and risk analysis
- Creating budgets and forecasts
- Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
- Providing support to management, particularly in commercial and financial matters.
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Must be a chartered accountant
- Proven 3 years work experience in accounting and in hospitality
**Skills**
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting
- Deep understanding of finance
- Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel.

**Salary**: Up to ₹123,000.00 per month
