Users must be highly skilled to understand how to evaluate the risks and controls to make sure they are designed appropriately, over a complete population, and operating effectively.Testing will cover external auditor reports (SOC1, SOC2, FDICIA, Reg AB, USAP, etc) and oversight and reperformance of control testing in accordance with RCSA Program standards.Experience & Qualifications:- Deep understanding of the control testing lifecycle, including planning, scoping, method/sample selection, test script development, control design and performance assessment, and reporting. - Ability to build and manage Business Unit (BU) control test plans that define scope, frequency, and timing of testing cycles. - Ability to interpret control objectives and assess control design and operating effectiveness across various domains such as logical access, claims processing, and fee management - Competence in performing walkthroughs, inquiries, observations, document inspections, and re-performance of controls. - Experience in using workpapers and templates to document control testing results and exceptions- The candidate should be comfortable to work in night shift - Candidate should be comfortable to Work from Office - Two-way cab facility will be provided - Immediate to 30 days' Notice Period candidate are preferredInterested candidates can send their Cv at smitadutta.deb@gomoder.com
