**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle front desk operations and greet visitors or clients professionally.
- Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
- Assist the HR or Admin team with documentation, attendance, and employee records.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and handle office calendar.
- Support the software development team with data entry, testing logs, or project documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
- Assist in basic IT coordination (e.g., contacting support, tracking assets).
- Handle courier services and bank-related office errands if needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic communication skills in local language Tamil.
- Time management.
- Willingness to learn.
- Fresher’s also preferred

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday (Office Hours)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
