S3Connections is a fast-growing, women-owned global company specializing in IT Services, Workforce Solutions, Executive Search, Process Outsourcing, and Corporate Training. We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a talented Web Designer to join our creative team in Hyderabad.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, update, and continuously enhance the current company website to improve user experience and performance.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop new websites and landing pages aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Design creative and professional logos for branding and marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging digital content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and internal needs.
- Design company brochures, flyers, marketing collaterals, and other visual materials for digital and print distribution.
- Lead and manage LinkedIn page branding — designing banners, promotional posts, event creatives, and maintaining visual consistency across LinkedIn company pages and posts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, leadership) to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized for performance and engagement.
- Stay updated with evolving web design trends, UI/UX best practices, digital marketing design strategies, and social media branding standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Web and Digital Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing websites, logos, LinkedIn/social media designs, brochures, and digital assets (portfolio submission is mandatory).
- Excellent creativity, storytelling ability through design, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to clearly present design ideas and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript preferred.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar systems.
- Understanding of responsive design, SEO principles, and web performance optimization.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of animation/motion design for enhanced user interactions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media engagement metrics.
- Basic video editing capabilities (for short marketing clips, reels, or LinkedIn promotions).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
