**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch**

**✔Convert UI/UX designs into functional front-end code** using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks

✔ Implement **interactive and engaging UI elements** using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular

✔ Optimize websites/apps for **performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility**

**✔Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing** to enhance user experience

✔ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams for a seamless digital experience

✔ Stay updated with the **latest UI/UX design trends, development tools, and best practices**

**Required Skills & Expertise**:

- **UI/UX Design**: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
- **Front-End Development**: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- **Frameworks**: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
- **Prototyping & Wireframing**: Figma, Balsamiq, InVision
- **Version Control**: Git, GitHub, GitLab
- **Animation & Micro-Interactions**: GSAP, Lottie, Framer Motion
- **Testing & Performance**: Lighthouse, Web Vitals, A/B Testing
- **SEO & Accessibility**: WCAG, SEO Best Practices
- **Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking**

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:
**Knowledge of Web3, AI/ML-based UI, and No-Code tools**

**Experience with Headless CMS, JAMstack, and Serverless Architecture**
