Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working across the MongoDB, , , and stack to build robust, scalable web applications. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and databases.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Proficient in:
  • MongoDB (including Mongoose)
  • (including React Hooks, Redux or Context API)
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative coding environments.
  • Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
  • Understanding of basic DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSockets.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Firebase).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
