**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules and workshops.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing course uploads and user administration.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.
- Stay updated with current trends in learning and development.
- Willingness to travel as required for training sessions and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in teaching, training, or a related role.
- Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in instructional design and developing e-learning content.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Certification in Learning and Development or related areas is a plus.
