As an Electronics Soldering Operator, your primary responsibility will be to assemble and solder electronic components according to specifications and quality standards. You will work with precision equipment and tools to solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring the integrity and reliability of electronic assemblies. Your attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow instructions will be critical in producing high-quality electronic products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions to understand the assembly process and soldering requirements.
- Prepare and set up soldering equipment, including soldering irons, soldering stations, flux applicators, and solder wire, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Inspect electronic components and PCBs for defects, damage, or contamination before soldering, reporting any issues to the supervisor for resolution.
- Place electronic components onto the PCB according to the assembly instructions, using tweezers, vacuum pick-up tools, or automated placement equipment.
- Solder electronic components onto the PCB using hand soldering techniques or automated soldering machines, following industry standards and best practices for soldering quality and reliability.
- Inspect solder joints for proper alignment, fillet formation, and solder flow, correcting any defects or discrepancies as needed to meet quality standards.
- Perform rework or touch-up soldering as necessary to correct defects or improve solder joint quality, adhering to established rework procedures and guidelines.
- Clean and prepare soldering equipment, tools, and work surfaces after each use, maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to equipment and materials during the soldering process.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and quality control personnel to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot soldering problems, and improve soldering processes.
- Document work performed, including soldering activities, quality inspection results, and any deviations from standard procedures, using appropriate forms or electronic systems.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance soldering skills, knowledge of soldering techniques, and overall productivity.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
