As an Electronics Assembly & Quality Control Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and efficient assembly of electronic components and the thorough inspection of finished products to maintain quality standards. You will work closely with assembly teams to assemble electronic products and systems, and you will perform quality control checks to identify any defects or discrepancies. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of electronic products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and production schedules.
- Set up and operate assembly equipment, including soldering stations, pick-and-place machines, and automated assembly lines, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Inspect electronic components and materials for quality, accuracy, and completeness before assembly, identifying any defects, damage, or discrepancies.
- Perform soldering, bonding, and mounting of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using hand tools, soldering irons, and automated assembly equipment.
- Conduct visual inspections of assembled electronic products to verify proper alignment, fit, and soldering quality, correcting any defects or issues as needed.
- Test electronic assemblies and systems using standard testing equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators, to ensure functionality and performance.
- Record and document assembly activities, test results, and quality inspection findings using electronic databases, spreadsheets, or quality control forms.
- Perform in-process inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and address any issues or deviations from standards.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,071.97 per month
