**Job Description - Customer Support Executive**

**Job Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination with Internal departments for Pre & Post sales queries
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Improve the Customers Experience by ensuring that the Customers Issues are attended promptly, and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the customers

**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- Positive attitude and works well under pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, understands and works well with varying standards and processes
- Excellent Communication skills (Written/Verbal) is the foremost priority
- MS Office -Word & Excel
- Must possess good multi-tasking skills
- Must be patient and willing to help others in solving problems while always maintaining a positive attitude
- Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
- Minimum 1-3 years of Experience in the same domain will be preferred
- Must have worked in an international Process

**Salary Expectation**
- Rs. 2.40 Lacs to 3.60Lacs CTC (Based on experience)

**Employment Type**:

- Full-Time (Ready to work in 24/7 shifts)
