Key Responsibilities
- **Guest Reception**:Warmly greeting customers as they enter the restaurant and providing a positive first impression.
- **Reservations & Waitlists**:Managing reservation systems, taking bookings over the phone, and maintaining and communicating wait times for walk-in guests.
- **Seating**:Guiding guests to their tables and ensuring efficient and fair seating to balance workloads for servers.
- **Communication**:Answering phone calls and responding to guest questions about menus, the restaurant, or other inquiries.
- **Coordination**:Working with servers and other front-of-house staff to manage the flow of guests and ensure overall operational efficiency.
- **Guest Assistance**:Providing additional items like coloring books for children, and generally assisting guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

- **Customer Service**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent service.
- **Multitasking**:The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, such as greeting a new guest while answering the phone or managing a waitlist.
- **Organization**:Efficiently managing a seating chart and ensuring tables are ready for guests.
- **Professionalism**:Maintaining a positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor, even in busy situations.

Pay: ₹15,002.00 - ₹30,097.49 per month
