Job Title: Operations Intern - Travel & Tourism
- Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 6 months (Full-time Internship)
- Stipend: 7k - 10K/month

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the operations team in travel bookings, ticketing, and itinerary preparation.
- Assist in packaging travel plans, including hotels, transfers, and sightseeing.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm bookings, answer queries, and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents.
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism and provide after-sales assistance when required.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for seamless execution of trips.
- Ensure all travel documents and vouchers are correctly issued and dispatched.
- Assist in resolving operational or customer issues promptly and efficiently.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of travel booking platforms and documentation processes (preferred).
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first attitude.
