**Education andEligibility Criteria: -**

Minimum 15 yearsof regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).

Bachelor's degree inany discipline.

Will need to match USHours - Night Shift.

Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)

Work experience as per the job grade.

International voice experience is mandatory

**HRO - ContactCentre - Voice**Agent-**

**Work experience
- **1-8 years

Excellent Communication with International Voice experience a must

Exposure to handlingInternational customers / helpdesk experience

Hands on experience inInternational HR Helpdesk / HR Contact center

**HRO - ContactCentre - Voice Quality Analyst/Trainer**
- **Work experience-** 4-9 years

Excellent understanding of various processes of core HR Operations

Experience is performing Quality monitoring for Tier 1 HR Helpdesk

Should have experience in using Workflow / case management tools likeServiceNow, Remedy etc.

Good understanding of Quality Methodology and tools

**HRO - ContactCentre - Voice Team Lead**
- **Work experience
- **5- 9 years

Excellent understanding of various processes of core HR Operations

Experience in Leading team managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for UK, Europe or USEmployees

**HRO - Contact Centre - Voice Client Manager-**

**Work experience
- **8-11 years

Experience in Leading teams managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for UK, Europeor US Employees

Good understanding of Service level agreements and contractualcompliance requirements

Should have excellent client and stakeholder management skills

**HRO - ContactCentre - Voice Senior Client Manager**
- **Work experience
- **8-13 years

Lead teams providing Tier HR helpdesk support to the Employees, LineManagers, Vendors and 3rd parties

Team management, Team engagement and Succession planning

Ensure policies and procedures are followed and Zero noncomplianceacross the engagement

Ensure the Service Levels are met consistently
