**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Convert walk-in clients into leads and sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the outlet is always presentable.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Coordinate with the back-end team for custom framing orders and timely delivery.
- Maintain customer database and share regular updates/follow-ups.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-friendly demeanor.
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Interest in art, design, or interiors will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
