Holiday Tribe is a bootstrapped travel tech start-up in Gurugram that offers curated and customizable travel packages, hotel and flight bookings, and a million activities worldwide. Our four-pronged approach includes inspiration, information, assistance, and delivery, with an emphasis on customer success throughout the journey.
**Role Description**
The Holiday Sales Advisor role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur and Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Location: Gurgaon
- Experience Required: 1-5 Years
- Education: UG/Graduate/PG (in Tourism)
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements
- Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements
- Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
- Represent company values while speaking to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
