Role Description: The Sales Executive role is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Details Role: Sales Executive Location: Gurgaon Education: UG/Graduate/PG Key Responsibility Areas: • Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Short Haul Destinations(Singapore, Maldives, Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam). • Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements • Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently • Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales • Represent company values while speaking to customers • Provide exceptional customer service • Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals Desired Attributes: • Passion for travel • Demonstrate personal drive to learn and evolve • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong attention to detail • Can work with start-ups or a fast-paced environment
