The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Job Details Role: Sales ExecutiveLocation: GurgaonEducation: UG/Graduate/PG (in Tourism)Key Responsibility Areas:• Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Short Haul Destinations(Singapore, Maldives, Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam).• Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements• Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently• Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales• Represent company values while speaking to customers• Provide exceptional customer service• Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goalsDesired Attributes:• Passion for travel• Demonstrate personal drive to learn and evolve• Strong interpersonal skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English• Strong attention to detail• Can work with start-ups or a fast-paced environment
